These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and j10bet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operating at the domain j10bet.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of the j10bet website, mobile interface, applications, games, betting markets and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds or placing any wager on the j10bet platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To open and maintain an account with j10bet you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly unlawful or where we have voluntarily restricted access.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or proxy for any third party.
• You have not previously had an account with j10bet that was terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of j10bet or any affiliated entity in a role that creates a conflict of interest.
• You are not a Prohibited User as defined in Section 2.

j10bet does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals under the legal gambling age. We employ age verification checks at registration and during the KYC process. If false information is provided to circumvent these checks, j10bet reserves all rights to void transactions and close the account.

Each user may hold only one registered account on the j10bet platform. Multiple accounts created by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all such accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

At registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory requirement before any withdrawal can be processed. Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Pakistani CNIC, passport)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the past three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable

j10bet may request additional documentation at any time for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account restriction or closure.

j10bet accepts deposits denominated in PKR and other platform-supported currencies. Payment method names referenced on this platform — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed as familiar references for users in Pakistan only. Their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by any financial institution, nor does it confirm that these institutions formally support this operator. Actual available deposit and withdrawal methods are displayed within the platform at the time of transaction.

• Minimum deposit: Subject to the operator's current published limits as displayed in-platform.
• Minimum withdrawal: Subject to the operator's current published limits; typically not less than PKR 500 (illustrative — verify in-platform).
• Withdrawal processing time: Timelines are published in the Help Centre and vary by payment method and verification status.
• Currency conversion: Where a conversion is applied, the exchange rate and any applicable fee will be disclosed before the transaction is confirmed.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. We reserve the right to apply additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed where KYC is incomplete.

j10bet is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or network outages. If you experience a deposit or withdrawal issue, contact our support team via Live Chat or email.

j10bet may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the specific promotion) before a withdrawal can be made. Example: a 10x rollover on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 10,000 in qualifying wagers.
• Eligible markets: Not all bet types or game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum bonus conversion: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount of bonus winnings that can be converted to withdrawable cash may be capped.
• One bonus per user: Each user is entitled to claim a welcome offer only once. Creating duplicate accounts to claim additional bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.

All bets placed on j10bet are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific, market-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• A wager is accepted only when the platform confirms it with a unique bet reference number and the stake is deducted from your balance.
• j10bet reserves the right to limit, restrict or void any wager where there is reasonable evidence of a technical error, odds pricing error or data feed malfunction.
• In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned without a result being determined, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published on the platform.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. j10bet does not guarantee the availability of any specific live market at any given time.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event ("late bets") may be voided at the platform's discretion.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are published in-platform and may vary by user account tier and event type.

Cricket-specific rules — including settlement procedures for PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral series and domestic Pakistan competitions — are published in the Sports Rules section of the Help Centre.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on the j10bet platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, collusion, sports manipulation or insider betting based on non-public information.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or undocumented system behaviours to gain advantage — any profits derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Using bonus offers in a pattern consistent with "bonus abuse" — including but not limited to low-margin arbitrage staking designed solely to clear wagering requirements.
• Registering multiple accounts to circumvent account limits, self-exclusions or bonus restrictions.
• Using the platform to process, obscure or legitimise proceeds of crime, including but not limited to money laundering.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing third parties to operate your account.
• Reverse engineering, copying, decompiling or otherwise extracting source code or data from the platform without written permission.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, j10bet reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account, void all associated bets and withhold any balance pending investigation and applicable legal reporting.

All content on the j10bet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, design elements, software code, game content and data feeds — is the property of j10bet or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content.

The j10bet name, logo and related marks are the intellectual property of j10bet. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j10bet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue or data arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical faults, server outages or third-party service failures.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, even if j10bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses attributable to your failure to comply with these Terms, including ineligible use by underage individuals.
• Losses or damages arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform for any purpose other than entertainment.
• Interruption, suspension or discontinuation of the Services for maintenance, security or regulatory reasons.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. j10bet makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

j10bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as entertainment. It should never be viewed as a source of income, a way to recover debt or a solution to financial problems. The following tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits from your account settings.
• Loss limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a pre-set duration of active play.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntarily exclude your account for a defined period or permanently via account settings or by contacting support.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net win/loss.

j10bet reserves the right to impose limits or restrictions on any account where we identify patterns of gambling behaviour that may indicate harm, in accordance with our duty-of-care obligations.

Your use of the j10bet platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we may share it with, and what rights you have in relation to your data.

By accepting these Terms you also acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy. If you have any concerns about how your data is handled, please review the Privacy Policy or contact our Data Protection team at the address in Section 16.

j10bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match fixing or other criminal activity.
• Account inactivity (as defined in the platform's inactivity policy, available in the Help Centre).
• Self-exclusion request by the account holder.
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance (net of outstanding wagers and any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to you subject to completed KYC verification.

Following account closure for breach of these Terms, j10bet reserves the right to retain any funds in the account as partial compensation for costs, losses or damages incurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j10bet holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

For users accessing the platform from Pakistan: j10bet does not represent that using this platform is lawful in Pakistan. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 applies domestically in Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for obtaining independent legal advice regarding the lawfulness of their participation. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

j10bet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following methods: a notice displayed upon next login, an email to your registered address, or a notification in the platform's message centre.

Continued use of the j10bet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 13.

We recommend reviewing this page periodically. The version date displayed in the page hero indicates when these Terms were last reviewed.
